The Eziway Meal Card can be utilised when dining at Cafes, Restaurants, Bistros, Pubs, Taverns and recreational Clubs or making payment for a catered event such as (wedding, birthdays etc.)
How to Apply
All applications for EZIWAY cards are to be completed online. The employee via their Eziway login has access to the online Application Form. Once the online application is complete, the Employee is to download, print and SIGN the application form, then fax or email to EZIWAY on the following contact details:

The EZIWAY Cards will not be active and available for use until the Employee receives their first SMS text message from ANZ COM Cards confirming the funds deposited and the available balance.
How to Cancel or make Amendments
The employee via their Eziway login has access to the online Amendment Form. Once the online Amendment form is complete with either change of details or request for cancellation, the EZIWAY system automatically will generate notification of the amendment or cancellation request.
Cancellation of the EZIWAY card will occur within 24 hours, and the Employee is to destroy the card. Outstanding balances will be returned via Payroll.
