Eziway Salary Packaging Card

Just imagine never having to provide paid household bills and receipts ever again? The EZIWAY Salary Packaging Card records all your transactions so you no longer need to keep and submit receipts.

The Eziway Salary Packaging Card can be utilised for all Household Living Expenses such as groceries,telephone, electricity, gas, car expenses, (fuel, servicing, repairs, maintenance, registration, insurance) vehicle, home and contents insurance and general purchases.

How to Apply

All applications for EZIWAY cards are to be completed online. The employee via their Eziway login has access to the online Application Form. Once the online application is complete, the Employee is to download, print and SIGN the application form, then fax or email to EZIWAY on the following contact details:

·Email cards@eziway.net.au

If the Employee cannot access the internet they can contact EZIWAY on 1800 932 394 for assistance.

The EZIWAY Salary Packaging cards will not be active and available for use until the Employee receives their first SMS text message from ANZ COM Cards confirming the funds deposited and the available balance.

How to Cancel or make Amendments

The employee via their Eziway login has access to the online Amendment Form. Once the online Amendment form is complete with either change of details or request for cancellation, the EZIWAY system automatically will generate notification of the amendment or cancellation request.

Cancellation of the EZIWAY card will occur within 24 hours, and the Employee is to destroy the card. Outstanding balances will be returned via Payroll.
