Personalised Onsite Services

The EZIWAY Service Level Agreement includes a commitment to provide a professional and personalised onsite service to employees of the contracted organisations.

EZIWAY will develop an implementation and ongoing Client Services Plan that  include personalised onsite staff information briefings, one on one interviews, review and provide assistance to new employee induction programs outlined by the employer's policy.

Staff briefings will be conducted across the organisation including relevant sites with an aim to increase the knowledge and understanding of the benefits of salary packaging for all eligible employees.

One on one interviews will be conducted with staff by EZIWAY Salary Packaging Account Mangers to ensure maximum uptake of salary packaging benefits by your employee.
