    Eziway Salary Packaging Card Information
    Finally the EZIWAY Salary Packaging Card is available to Employees of approved EZIWAY Employer groups. Just imagine never having to provide paid household bills and receipts ever again? The EZIWAY Salary Packaging Card records all your transactions so you no longer need to keep and submit receipts. Just swipe and sign- it’s that EZI.
    ·         Eziway Salary Packaging Card – to be utilised for all household living expenses such as Groceries,Telephone, Electricity, Gas, Car Expenses, (fuel, servicing, repairs, maintenance, registration, insurance) vehicle, home and contents insuramce and general purchases.
     
    How to Apply
    All applications for EZIWAY cards are to be completed online. The employee via their Eziway login has access to the online Application Form. Once the online application is complete, the Employee is to download, print and SIGN the application form, then fax or email to EZIWAY on the following contact details:

    ·         Email cards@eziway.net.au
    If the Employee cannot access the internet they can contact EZIWAY on 1800 932 394 for assistance.
    Upon submission of the application, EZIWAY will generate a system file that will be forwarded to ANZ COM Cards daily to complete the application process. Within 7-14 working days the ANZ COM Cards group will send the Employee directly an EZIWAY Card and PIN details. EZIWAY in the interim will contact the Employee to validate the salary package arrangement.
    The EZIWAY Cards will not be active and available for use until the Employee receives their first SMS text message from ANZ COM Cards confirming the funds deposited and the available balance. The Employee will receive from ANZ COM Cards a SMS Text message with every pay period the card receives deposited funds.
    How to Cancel or make Amendments
    The employee via their Eziway login has access to the online Amendment Form. Once the online Amendment form is complete with either change of details or request for cancellation, the EZIWAY system automatically will generate notification of the amendment or cancellation request.
    Cancellation of the EZIWAY card will occur within 24 hours, and the Employee is to destroy the card. Outstanding balances will be returned via Payroll.
