We had been managing salary packaging in house and found our systems time consuming and inflexible. No matter how we streamlined the scheme it remained time consuming and paper intensive. Churches of Christ Living Care has utilised the services of EZIWAY Salary Packaging Pty Ltd to provide salary packaging benefits to our staff since 2006. In 2007 we surveyed staff that were using EZIWAY to gauge the level of satisfaction with the services provided. We were pleased to find that staff satisfaction generally in all areas was very high.
On the basis of that finding we extended the coverage to include all executive and administrative staff - previously managed in house. Churches of Christ Care Queensland contracted the services of EZIWAY Salary Packaging due to the lack of customer service and focus from its previous provider and as a direct result have seen an increase of more than 30% in the participation of salary packaging.

GVHealth appointed EZIWAY as it's Salary Packaging Service provider in January 2009 with the contract for provision of services commencing 1 April 2009.
The transition from the incumbent provider had the potential to be problematic. The processes put in place by EZIWAY resulted in the relatively smooth transfer of in excess of 1000 salary packaging employees to their system.
EZIWAY staff where quick to address any actual or perceived issues throughout the process and have continued to provide a very customer focussed service to our staff whilst enforcing the 'rules' set by GVHealth.
EZIWAY staff have been responsive to the requirements of GVHealth, working with us to review policies and procedures and have a comprehensive system of checks in place to ensure compliance with taxation requirements.

Since our organisation changed to Eziway, everything changed 100%. Firstly, my own down time was minimal because Paul and Henry organised everything and I mean everything. They met staff one to one, even if it meant a two hour conversation, they had easy to explain processes and information and of course they came to our meetings.
