As both the Managing Director of Eziway and a shareholder, Paul leads the Eziway and has done since its foundation in 2007.

Paul brings a wealth of experience in the financial management and automotive industries. Paul is highly qualified with a Degree in Accounting, Diploma, and Advanced Diploma’s and has also undergone full CPA and FBT Module, including annual updates.

As an influential and agile leader, Paul ensures that the business steers in the right direction and that our customers remain at the heart of what we do, every day.

Chief Operating Officer
Nancy is the Chief Operating Officer at Eziway, having been with the company since its foundation in 2007. Nancy is a shareholder of the business.

Nancy brings over 20 years of Senior Management experience in the Financial and Software industries. Nancy has undergone the full CPA and FBT coursework training suite, including annual updates.

Nancy sets the tempo in the business, meeting service outcomes while ensuring that processes remain streamlined. She oversees the administration, operations and FBT Compliance for all clients and ensures our system remains compliant, transparent, and an invaluable tool to our employee and employer clients.

In 2007, Paul Gozzo, Founder and Managing Director, conducted a survey with a number of PBI charities titled “What do you want from your Salary Packaging provider?”. This survey uncovered an overwhelming desire for a Salary Packaging service that was personalised, compliant and easy to understand. On this day, Eziway was born.
What started out as a family-owned business born in the Gippsland of Victoria, has grown to a nation-wide company with representation in every state of Australia servicing over 500 organisations and 50,000 clients.
